    Default No Christmas for s157?

    Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a package delivered, milk and cookies eaten by a mouse. The snowballs all missing, the children are scared, in hopes that St Evony would soon give a care. A note sent to help answered that we all must refresh telling us it's all our fault more or less. A threat to chargeback seems to get a result but only to be told that we'll lose all our stuff.

    Seriously. What the heck is going on? How can TPTB say that we ALL need to clear our caches and refresh and not take server/Evony issue? There is no possible way that the entire server of players could all be experiencing the exact same issue as a result of dirty caches. We have all submitted help tickets and have yet to get responses, or even seen anywhere on the forums or the blogpost that you are even aware that this is a problem. The only reason we know about the supposed cache clearing fix is because of others from different servers posting the help ticket replies. This has gone from mildly annoying to asinine. Can someone please address this issue before all of 157 mass exoduses from the game entirely?

    I have spent *thousands* since the days of civony. I recently purchased packs days ago and still not have received what was paid for. Is this your way of keeping players Evony? If so, I don't agree with your business practices and may just chance doing a charge back for accepting deposits without receiving goods purchased. Ill give you and example.. you go shopping after seeing *season specials*, so you pay the cashier *before* you put anything in your basket. After checkout you find your missing your milk, cookies, and worse of all.. your SNOWBALLS! Then when you make the business aware of your problem.. your told.. HERE'S A LINK ITS YOUR FAULT! And, if you want your money back for items you were told that you would receive.. we're going to TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE PAID FOR IN THE LAST YEAR! Merry Christmas? More like April fools! I want my keys.. my milk.. my cookies.. and my snowballs. Is that to much to ask? Nice doing business with you... NOT!

    I tried to purchase coins today to test it. the link came up as unsecured. I submitted a ticket saying I would not be purchasing any coins unless I could be reassured that my purchase and all the items would be handed over and that the link was secured.
