I've noticed some complaints of lost Vestas. Please report that in the CS ticketing system and then send me the ticket number via pm.

The type of outage this was, is unavoidable in a lot of circumstances when it happens. It not only impacted us, but our upstream connections for a longer period than we could have imagined. While unfortunate, it's not unheard of for major outages such as these to occur. We're having ongoing discussions with parties involved to see how we can better prevent something like this from occurring again in the future.
