Completely wrong. The account owner of the hypothetical account you site is the guy who clicked play to start it. The other guy is ANOTHER PLAYER even if he does not actually have his own account. Ofcourse thats just a sham anyway and really just an attempt to invent a scenario to give the botters an out as to how they can have a city comforted for weeks and somehow not be breaking any rules.

Once again nobody can put forth an example of endless comforting that does not violate the stated rules(hint: there isn't one)
And since it blatantly is cheating it needs to be impossible to do. The suggestion is quite valid and something like it needs to be implemented. Either that or a capcha that actually works at the least to ensure its a human at the controls and not a bot. So does anyone have an argument against loy raises requiring a capcha to make sure its not a bot doing the comfort?
