That's interesting and odd at the same time. When I created my account (or rather forced to create an account and then spend 3 days attempting to have my email disconnected from somebody else's information), the CS was for the most part helpful, and I've yet to be charged by them for anything outside of what I've actually purchased through their payment gateway.
I mean I've heard of some Moneybookers nightmares in the past, so now I think either the ownership changed or some kind of government agency stepped in and told them to get their crap together or get shutdown.
Or maybe I'm just lucky.
