I got something similar to that, but I sent a ticket to their CS department instead. They fixed the issue and mailed me the login details (oh god why did they have to use USPS?!?) and everything was fine after that.

Like I said before, I honestly don't know if they've changed since the horror stories I heard, or if I'm just really lucky.
