Farewell Mods - potential for anarchy?

Haha, that is a bit of a low blow. I assume you're trying to indicate that previous moderators replied to useless and stupid posts. Sure it is a good thing that you keep yourself a model forum citizen.
However, it just means you have less of a forum presence than some other moderators did, in my opinion of course. Also it could widen the separation between you, the forum moderator, and the members you work to help and guide.
That's how I would rationalize a moderator who doesn't mind replying to "useless and stupid posts." After all, we were only model forum members with a bit of power, but we're still forum members. A little bit of fraternizing doesn't hurt

I wasn't trying to say anything of the sort, trust me. I see too many people accuse others of posting uselessly since I started this account in 2010, a while after beginning my Evony career on Na5's opening day. I have not made a point to be a large OT poster, simply because Na5's players rarely populated the forums. I was one of the few that did, but mainly lurking. I used the forums as a place to gather info. I still do to this day, actually. Now that I'm in search of less info I rarely post on topics that are not "On topic questions" or a topic that I can contribute too. Honestly, I have rarely played with any of the members of this forum on any server, so that explains the low post count. I do not believe that my low post count in any way qualifies me as a "newb" "rookie" or "Idiot", as I have been called those and many more things since I got this mod job I have no patience for the politics here, nor do I like to jump into OT topics I am not interested in... I think this makes me a good mod, in my humble opinion. I'm unbiased to all that happens here.

But by all means, keep the demeaning names and subtle insults coming. They don't bother me the slightest. I still do what I'm supposed to do here.

You don't need hundreds of posts to be a decent forum moderator, you just need to do the job you are supposed to. Deucalion does that, which just goes to prove the point.

you don't watch too good on ss58 there are people on there with something they call scanners. When people port they are followed to the exact same area withing a time of less than 5 min and the attacks continue. It is ruining ss58 and evony. This game has gotten so bad many are leaving and some of us who came back are talking about quitting completely too. We don't mind the ones that help farm and defend when offline because they don't hurt anyone really even though we wish they weren't used but the scanners have to go.We were hoping a merge would help but from the lists we see we were passed over.

I dont think it makes you an idiot, lame, disingenuous, crass, penial or a rookie. I think a low post count makes you anti-social. I base my opinion on your response. You have no sense of humor and can NOT take a good natured gigging. Hubris and feux power do not go well together. I have only known you for four posts, and already I understand why you dont post. Cuz you caint handle rebuttle or your nature being questioned. Control freaks are like that. What you see as a steady discipline to hold onto your "unbiasness" I see as you not being or wanting to make friends or enemies. Self-Neutered. Why pop down here in Off Topic, if all you want to do is not answer stupid posts? Off-Topic taint nuthin but stupid posts. It is a way to relax, a way to go beyond the harsh real world and cutup, get loose, scrunch pumpkins and every now and then do some good old fashion cow tipping. In other words to have fun. Just to start off my reply, I would like to say that I'm a pretty honest guy and I don't use sarcasm without making it completely obvious, which by the way I have not done so far. So I feel like you misinterpret most of what i have said negatively because we don't know each other. Let me help you out with that. I started way back when as well and I have a small history all over the forums and I posted everywhere. Now I will admit that I do post for fun and have done so quite shamelessly in the past.
Now let me explain my reasoning I tried to mention before, I had a noticeable presence before I was a moderator and while I was a moderator at times, which allowed people to potentially relate to me more and come to me with questions, issues, problems, you name it. I mingled with the forum members, I spammed as a moderator, I participated in game threads at times. This is just the way I moderated, you called it replying to useless and stupid posts, I call it being an ideal forum member in my eyes.
At no point in any of my posts to you did I actually call you a demeaning name, or subtly insult you. To be quite honest, I was a little surprised at your aggressive replies. Even my first post in here that was directed towards you;

If you took it the way I meant for it to be taken, it expressed my dismay at how new a bunch of the forum members were to me. There was nothing 'mean' about what I said. Yes you are new to me, maybe not to the forums, but we know virtually nothing about each other. Did I indicate you were a 'newb,' 'idiot,' and/or 'rookie?' I did not.
On a final note, you mentioned that it does not bother you what your post count is, yet you jumped on me when I made a comment that you had a low post count, which in the original quote wasn't even negatively directed towards you. So yes, you are self-conscious about your post count, even though it doesn't bother you. Which is it?
Now, what I would assume was the problem was that you thought I was trying to poke fun at you, which is strange because you didn't give me the benefit of the doubt and automatically assumed i was being an ass. And as a result you pouched on me because I believe you may have thought I offended you. Which I wasn't and don't need to apologize for.
