Keep in mind that outside of college, the Briggs Myers is pretty much rare to see because it was found to be highly inaccurate and easily gamed. It is neat though.
For a while certain sectors of industry in the US were using personality tests like this as part of the general hiring process, but fell out of favor relatively quickly, especially when they found that people who were indicated to have good fit, weren't, and that people who were hired with the average "meet the team" approach, fit much better and at a lower process cost.
All that aside, it's still pretty neat.
