    How it actually worked.
    Well, to begin with as you can tell from reading this thread, Evony's communication was lacking in some aspects and reality was totally different from what we'd been told on other items. The server actually opened 2 hours and 12 minutes late - which on a work/school day for many played havoc with folks schedules. We did have people take vacation days to be there at the start. The map wasn't any bigger, we were just scattered on a regular map. It was very interesting to see one player's 4 cities pop up by Atlantis at exactly the same time. (rolls eyes). Everyone started looking for the mythical button on the upper left that was supposed to let us out of the 7 day truce. After 15+ minutes, most folks decided to use the Pioneer Port which reduced the truce to 48 hours. So, we had 48 hours to twiddle our thumbs and wait to be able to do much of anything.

    Eight (8) minutes after truce was up, Noobs from NA21 had Atlantis. And shortly thereafter the NA21 alliances had the 4 L16's they had targeted. And after that the 14's and 12's began to fall. Of course, these new HCs have nothing in them and have to be totally rebuilt. So, now I have a use for the gazillion hammers the wheel has given me. The HCs taken away are now regular L10's with higher resource fields. I haven't used the token for a replacement city yet, but some of my friends have. The new cities are sort of half way build up (too many cottages etc) but the resource fields are a jumble of stuff. So, these will need to be redesigned.

    Historic heroes were taken away and we got a charm for a replacement. I think only 1 person got the 120 stats...most were in the 85 - 95 range. You could roll 3 times (not 3 for each hero or 3 per day as we were told) free to adjust stats. Oh and these were L1 heroes - although we were given 60 On Wars for each hero. Max level for the heroes is 120. As we were in truce for 48 hours, we couldn't go after the HHs again. However, new accounts were created, magically leveled up and able to hit NPCs while were were stuck in truce. I'd say more but I'm sure you get the idea. ****Note to Evony Staff **** Next time don't allow new accounts until the server has been open 48 hours.

    The worst part is that one of our active players (Govenor) did not have his account transferred to CA1. Evony Staff still hasn't fixed this issue despite his requests for a fix.
