    Thats the problem, the response he got was - Unfortunately, the result you see now on Evony World ca1 will be the final result and irreversible.

    So basically he got his account wiped out in the merge and absolutely no-one from Evony has done anything to make restitution to him for this.
    And more people seem to be saying the very same thing on social platforms - server merges, lost accounts, nothing done to rectify it.

    No doubt i'll get yet another infraction / warning for the post as it's raising genuine concerns that you won't want to read. I'm sure the information coming down from the directors is that the majority have no issues and therefore the game is fine, doesnt need work on it, it's only a very small minority that have had any issues. Yet your own playing figures show continued decrease in players. We like the game, but the lag, glitches and poor CS drive more away than perhaps is realised. Where's the longevity plan, customer interaction and valued feedback to help improve the playing experience!

    Your jobs a difficult one Nathan, I feel for you, I really do... but CS don't help you one bit when you say one thing here and they send a very different message to the player(s) with the problems/issues/glitches/lost accounts etc.

    BTW - CS still havent responded to my own ticket regards glitched HH's.
    There's nothing to see here... please move along in an orderly fashion.

    Yeah IF we even get any response thats^^ exactly what we get "Default Steven" basically tells us all we're idots! If we cant login, they want "screenshots"

    Lets see how many infractions we get for pointing this out in forums -scar-...we cant blame Evony for beeing a broken game that treat us, its customers, like morons, then we get "infractions and posts removed for flaming" I've had 3 infractions and 1 post removed so far on this thread

    Great job Dawnseeker we all envy and thank you for beeing sucha good fella, never hide behind "Default Steven" always answering any and all questions to the letter. You should be equally good at pointing out that we're tools critisizing a perfectly good game such as Evony..we are idiots for putting up with this shyte no arguement bout that.

    Let the infractions hail and remove our posts, we dont deserve better

    New Legendary Heros.

    We have had issues with these not gaining experience from attacks. This seems to be partially solved.
    They are now gaining experience from attacks, However it now seems that when they get to level 100 they again stop gaining experience from attacks.

    The only way then to level them up to 120 is to apply Anabasis/Epitome/On War.

    Is this how they are supposed to work or is this another glitch?

    Hey there. As I have said many times, I'm not dealing with this through a 3rd party. The player you are talking about has not made a new ticket since CS says they resolved it. You are not him, so you don't know what is going on. If he is having a problem still, then he needs to make another ticket with CS and/or talk to me directly. I am not going to talk publicly about someone else's account, but I'm not a hard man to contact. He just needs to click my name and private message me.

    I'll give credit where credit is due nathan is responding to you quicker then i have ever seen any evony representative. Unfortunately he cant solve all problems at once give em a day or so no one likea falling behind but theres only but so much he can do.

    wow Evony just wow. I posted a long and nice reply to your first thread about round 2 &3 of the merge yesterday. Reply went in to moderation, and when I check back today, the thread is closed?? is it bcuz i was just summarizing lots of unanswered questions, such as what happens to colonies, cents, gear, item, etc. and also how CS is not doing a proper job?
    C'mon, really evony?
