One of the problems with CS is that they just send out standard replies to peoples queries without actually looking in to them.

Players missing troops after the merge get the - We can't explain battle mechanics reports reply.
Players having stuck HH's in their cities not showing in the Feasting Hall get the - we're working to improve evony for all our customers so we can't reply with any more information reply
Players who log in to get the message that the player already exists get the same reply as above as well.

If they would actually look in to the problems and sort them then perhaps there would be a little less grief on the forums. Players have spent money on coins which in turn they have used in the game but due to glitches/problems in the game they are directly out of pocket, yet CS doesnt seem to either care or understand this.

Yes you may get a lot of Report Tickets, yes many may be easy to fob off with a standard reply, but your doing that to those with genuine problems as well.
