Thread: CA1 - server roll back or just another game fault?

    CS tells me that all issues relating to CA1 quest problems have been fixed. If anyone is still having an issue, please post your ticket # and I'll follow up.

    I don't know about stuck historic heroes. Can you please explain this more?

    Sadly, CS have closed the ticket without any form of response.
    The Problem still persists.

    This is the problem Nathan. CS close tickets without resolving the problems. From your end it looks all nice and everything has been fixed, but it hasnt been.

    The achievement Buffs haven't been restored, it is still showing I have most of the achievements still to do.

    As for the stuck Historic Hero's. Lots of people spent coins, adv/war teleporters to cap a city where the HH was only for it not to appear in the Feasting Hall. Buy the portrait again and it says the HH is in your city. So we waited until after maintenance, still no HH, spent more coins on the portrait again and yet again it says the HH was in your own city. This went on for best part of a week. Tickets were submitted but they were all closed, not one member of my alliance got a reply or any form of resolution.

    Can you understand the frustration and growing resentment at what is perceived as a lack of action and no restitution?
    There's nothing to see here... please move along in an orderly fashion.

    Could not have said it better, scar! Closing tickets without resolution is like an ostrich putting his head in the sand. Nathan I know you are doing your best but your CS team is not working with you at all. Your IT department isnt with you either. Telling you something has been fixed when it hasnt? C'mon! I would be ready to smack them upside the head for stupidity if I were you
    And no nothing as been fixed yet! I am livid that I dont have any acheivement buffs. Some took years to accomplish!

    As above, the problem still persists, it's not been fixed.

    All the achievements Buffs still have not returned (they're still missing).

    And still no resolution again today, but hey I was asked to take the customer service survey ...AGAIN. Wonder how that survey was answered.
