This is the problem with the IP ban...(again)..... The average player who runs between 5-20 accts on their Laptop, and or PC is NOT as tech savvy as the guy who runs 40-100 accts. The Tech savvy 40-100 acct player uses everything from personal servers, to VPN's, to Proxy lists and IP hiders. The BIG 40-100 account players are the FIRST to get around IP bans. While the average player gets frozen out and wiped.

The effect on evony is the average players who coin sometimes quit. Those players NEEDED 5-20 alts to survive the unaffected 40-100 alt players....while the 40-100 account players who coin a lot, use their money to buy IP hiders, personal servers, and proxy lists.....End result is Evony loses money when the average players quit, and evony loses money when the big players use their coin money to buy 3rd party cheats.

The solution is for evony to see that the game they created has since been altered by the players. They need to design their game in accordance to what the players have shown they want. 1 example ask a player when he starts an acct if he wants that acct to be a feeder or a war acct. If its chosen to be a feeder, than it comes with certain items that can only be bought in feeders, or different rules that govern those accts differently from war accts. Don't read too much into the idea example, but see my point. Bottom line the players are trying to play the game in a way that Evony did not intend to have the game played. BUT now that you know what your customers like, than re-mold the game into something as close to what the players want it to be.
