Thread: People are coining and recalling in order to get enemy players locked out

    She shouldn't have any issue if she doesn't spend the coins and contacts CS. They can just take back the coins/items if they haven't been used.

    Unfortunaly used or not the coins the order was under your account name, to unlock it you will need to pay whatever customer service emailed you already what you owe. Is really clear also the rules that says to do not share logs information, will be nice also that evony block that credit card or paypal account for future purchase, that way will be less expenses or losess for the company

    guess what? that is NOT how they handle things, they disabled my account and have yet to reply to my mail informing them what had happened.

    log ins were not shared! they hack thru facebook posts, what are you not understanding here?

    What aggravates me to no end is that I pay exactly the same way everytime! I pay directly thru regan mercantile via a log in to my account with them. If they gave a rat's ass they could easily see this payment was not associated with my IP nor associated with my payment account through regan mercantile! They have not responded to my initial CS ticket showing screenshots etc. They do not care or they would have stopped it the moment this thread was opened on 6-30-14!

    as with many other issues Mely, CS aren't interested. Many issues remain unresolved, it was laughable at one point - along the lines of Comedy Ali during the Gulf War (There are no Americans on Iraqi soil - just as the camera pans round to the column of US tanks rolling in to town!).

    The game is full of holes, glitches and the code is now like a plate of spaghetti instead of it being nicely laid out and easy to follow - hence why any problems take weeks, months, (if at all) to get resolved. Remember the loss of items from the merge - unresolved. Quests reset - unresolved, BUffs gone - unresolved, Stuck HH's - unresolved. the list goes on.

    I can't recall one player praising CS, not one which in itself is unusual. Everyone has the same opinion of CS and that they just don't care.

    I'm really sorry to read that you've been banned Mely especially if it's someone who coined and recalled out of malicious intent. I would have though IP logs were kept and for payments MAC addresses recorded - it's not that hard. Likewise confirmation from the payment provider of the disputed payment persons details (as a merchant myself - any disputes come with the full name and address of the person disputing the charge).
    There's nothing to see here... please move along in an orderly fashion.

    Thanks, Scar. Yes it is sad that after 4 plus years with my folks it comes down to the Reds cheating me out of my account. I find it alarming that people will resort to this type of activity to ban a player from the game. I am saddened that a company that I gave countless hours and yes money to cannot find the time or care enough to investigate what happened with my account. Anyone associated with NA21 or CA1 whether enemy or friend can attest that I have always preached about "taking the high road" when dealing with abusive rude players. I do not deserve to lose my account because of a security loophole that I had nothing to do with!
