14 Gone

On na46 a player went inactive for about a month and a half and he held a 14,I guess his acc was deleted for inactivity and the 14 he had is gone,its a flat now at 231,33

try porting a city onto the tile and npc the city, it may revert back to the HC14 after next maintenance, i'm not 100% sure though as I cant remember the details of that glitch, maybe someone still playing can comment further.

Im pretty sure thats how it was done Gamble, curious to see if it still works. Would certainly like an update on this one.
