Alright, you're going to have to clarify your poll to accept the international definitions of what you're asking. I'm reading your chips as what you call fries. So you probably are meaning cheese flavoured crisps. Those are just nasty. And anything that leaves artificial colouring on your fingers is just not of this world.
You can't just have cheese, you must have something to go with it. And fondue is the overlord of cheese delicious snackage. Three cheeses, melted, you get a personal small spear to dip things in it.
Cheese. Not just to have with wine (or whines) anymore!

Aaahhh, its too vague, cheese is extremely good, but so are chips, any dip as well? I'll just eat both of them, depends on what I want at that minute.
