    Wow shame on you all. He asked a simple question. It's not dumb.

    Pro-business in my experience with understand it means efforts that are taken to protect the business such as tax breaks and programs to help facillitate a growing business.

    It is not the same as promoting capitalism.

    Governments that give handouts to businesses, or subsidiaries, are are involved with businesses to further them by giving them breaks in any way tend to be Pro-business.
