your beacon tower allows you to see certain information about the incoming attack based on its level and the distance of the enemy the closer the enemy the more info you get the higher your beacon tower level the farther the enemy can be from you to get the same info than if your beacon tower was at a lower level

I think I see what you are asking and honest? I don't think it works. I have had people come far and wide from 5 hrs away and it never tells me what they have. It doesn't suddenly update when it gets in range of my beacon tower so if they are attacking outside the cone, they get to come in unchecked.

What is the range based on level? I'm not sure. Or if that's even a factor and it isnt something to do with the attacking hero's Intell and informatics. It never mattered to me anyway. All I need to know is what city they plan to hit. Knowing they have 200K warriors or 200K Ballista won't change my abilty to beat them or not.

I agree but Alliance can see in war reports if it's worth it to send reinforcements. Some of the newer alliances are starting to consolidate members into a cluster. For those ones, it could make a difference if people are on. Most attacks come counter timezone or that's what I find so alliance on will know before you do what attacked you.

No, if you know what the enemy is using to attack, you know if you have a chance of winning, so your alliance members can help you BEFORE the enemy arrives.

here you go again with your posts of ignorance

i really don't know any more if you're really this dumb or if you're trolling

i'm starting to think maybe you really believe this nonsense you spit out

war reports = AFTER the attack happens

beacon tower = BEFORE the attack happens

if you know how big the army is before it hits you can have a good guess if you'll win the fight or not. you will also know BEFORE HAND if you should reinforce from other cities, ask the alliance for help, or just prepare for the inevitable loss and close your gates and ship all your goods to another city
