Customer Support is EXTREAMLY POOR and the game is broken
Whats the point of having an email setup to contact customer service if they are just going to ignore you?
I have sent TWO emails to the main website, and submitted an in game bug report with no answer. I had made a $30 purchase during the very first promotion that gave you a medal box and it never let me claim it. Never received an answer of any kind.
After this I had a bug that caused my 120 INT hero that i had won off the wheel (which at the time i lost him it was early in the server and he was one of the top 25 int heroes on the server) with coins I paid for just completely vanish into thin air along with all of the cavalry escorting him. For this problem I submitted an email, in game bug report, and posted in the bug reports forum. ALL OF THEM IGNORED, NO ANSWER.
And then finally the game is incredibly unbalanced in favor of the defender and it's impossible to capture a town when the defending player is online.
Spent 4-5 hours sending cav raids to lower a players loyalty just to watch them put up a truce when they were at less then 5 loyalty. The ability to comfort when being raided + the ability to teleport or truce at a seconds notice is just way too powerful and unbalancing. This is a war game remove the stupid truce item and put a 12-24 hour delay on teleporting.
Anyway it doesn't matter because I'm done with this game. Poor customer service and broken game mechanics... this game could be so much more...
