    No, you read what you want to read.

    I don't see unbreakable walls as a long term fix. I see it as a better option than previous walls. Allowing the Devs to come up with something better and keep players untill such time.

    Default balancing the units

    if they blalnced the units you wouldnt NEED the stupid wall range buff
    yet again instead of doing work to actually FIX the problem they just went with a quick and easy fix its like putting tape over a hole in a sinking boat
    heres my idea (warning its a lil rough around the edges)
    ok so everyone knows range is god no one who has actually fought a battle in this game can contest that so they need t ochange some of the units

    warriors-nerf health a smidge not a lot just a tiny bit (should only really be used cuz of price and build speed)

    pikeman-increase the range to 100 that way they hit cavalry at the same time cavalry hits them

    swordsmen-increase armor and health(these guys should be meat sheilds not warriors)

    archers-nerf damage(this simulates missing without actaully adding a new mechanic to the game)

    cavalry-these i actually like the reason they are bad is lakc of ranged support
    cataphract-increase range to 100 add more armor and health

    ballista-decrease damage but make them deal additional damage to fortifications(decreased damage to simulates difficulties in hitting a moving target with such a weapon)

    catapults-add a minimum range and make them deal less damage to units but more to fortifications

    rams-health boost make them ignore other troops and keep marching towards the wall so they hit the towers instead of the troops(let the troops hit them as they pass each other but they shouldnt halt their movement)

    add a ranged cavalry unit for cavalry support allowing to utilize just cavalry in an attack(i mean a real attack not just ot lower loyalty after you destroyed all the defences)

    and now to the horribly designed fortifications

    they should have a %chance of working
    you should be required to keep a town guard(soldiers used in defence)
    you should have a captain of the guard(a new hero position)

    traps should ahve a 30%chance of dealing the same damage as a warriors health and a 60%chance to survive being used

    abatis should be the same but with cavalry

    towers dont much changed other than maybe deal less damage

    logs should have a 45%chance to deal a larger amount of damage to a group
    with again 60% chance to survive

    trebuchets have a 50%chance ot damage things at a certain distance give them a minimum range and should work like towers in all other respects

    and also machinery should be ditched since i pretty mush set everything up with a static percent

    it could be replaced with seigecraft lengthening the range of trebucets catapults and ballistas(so ballistas would no longer use archery)

    and as for making archery less usefull you could just throw in a ranged mounted unit like cavalry archer then bam its more useful again

    Those are great, MythosGeek.
    In a client based game. In a flash based, browser game? The mulitmillion calculations required to update 200,000 users? It isn't happening.
    Forget the potential millions this one could now support on all its servers.

    I don't know if they can 'fix' this game. Keep it as popular as they can, give it a coat of paint, pray IGE or someone buys it and turns it in to a pink hammer wielding version of one of thier many games. With a client download.

    The only thing "good" about having a warehouse at like level 8 or 9. is you can effectively stalemate someone trying to conquer you. they cannot get at your last little bit of resources and you can keep comforting much much longer.

    other then that they are useless.
    A building that prevents conquer.

    i was thinking about this precious age 2 that has so many people still playing

    if they dont do some major overhaul in age 2 the game is cooked

    i KNOW im not the only bored of looking at my army and realizing i have 1 of every infrantry melee unit and 50k archers 20k ballisats and 5k catapults

    range is TO godly to conter it they need to lower damage and geive melee unit like swordsman (which are supposed to be good against archers) more health and armor
