Umm do you even know what Democrats stand for mate...

Its the Democrats idea that everyone should have a house, everyone should have health insurance, etc. As proven by the whole "Second Bill of Rights" issue. Democrats had these companies give loans to people who obviously couldn't' afford them, hence the mess we are in.
