His problems can't simply be blamed on the Bush admin. The financial problems, for instance, with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac were brought about because of the lack of congressional oversight on the part of Democrats....they actively defended the practices of both, in the face of less than sound practices, and often for generous donations to their various PAC's and re-election committees. At least one of those dems, (Barney Frank), was sharing a bed with someone from one of the two.

The 'torture' kerfluffle offers another example of a man who does not know what he is doing. The techniques used, (which btw are used in training of some U.S. forces), were approved by both parties. He's not going to prosecute a lawyer for writing a legal opinion. If he chooses to try...and I would not be surprised if he did....he'll come out looking like a fool.

For all the "hope and change" talk that he clothed himself in during the campaign...nothing has changed. The economy is worse, and still heading south. His response? Trillions of dollars to the largest company's in this country...the same company's he can't keep from demonizing on a regular basis. How's that worked so far? That money could have been given to taxpayers, and had a greater effect on the economy. Guess he has to take care of those that helped him into office though....

Open government...reneged on. Lower taxes....reneged on. Individual rights....reneged on. Idiots in his cabinet that don't pay their taxes....a Director of Homeland Security that believes the 9/11 hijackers entered the U.S. through Canada.

It just goes on, and on. The guy's an idiot, and way out of his league.
LOL
It's beginning to look like The Three Stooges, except that he's getting some nasty advice almost daily from George Soros.

Does is surprise anyone that The President is in close contact with him?
