Not really, as prestige didn't measure status or player power. For the most part it measures the number of times you have attacked NPCs.

And I do not just mean those who used warriors, as Ballista farmers gain the bulk of their Prestige from NPCs as well (Which oddly enough, makes me wonder how come they get to keep their's.)

Prestige doesn't measure anything. The fact that it has been reset to zero for a handful of people is far less of an issue then things like the food consumption bug when marching. The hundreds of millions of food I, and every other aggressive player, have had taken from each of us over the months is far more valuable then a bit of prestige.

So, get in line. The situation was badly handled but no one cares. There are far bigger problems with numbers that are not meaningless.
