It's a common policy, I agree. I don't think they should be forced to do so though, because items early on may easily be considered more value than the same items at this point, as a beneficial item early in a server's development would be more value to you for getting 'ahead' of the pack than one later. I definitely would never buy one of their promotional packages though, just because of the fact that their customer service record is appalling at best, and I definitely do not trust them to deliver coins to me accurately for 15 weeks or however long this 'deal' lasts.
