MSI, you're so right though. Many times forum posters are on the extreme end one-or-the-other. I think its because of the soapbox. I know my views tend to be very optimistic and can be construed as fanboish with the company, but I do know of the big gap in the customer service area and like I said, I don't approve of the wall buff.

I blame politics. We are too busy trying to balance something by tilting on the far side and hoping it slides more towards the middle. This just leads to mass confusion on the actual implementors of the change.
It's the Haggler's Dilemma. They start with a high price, and hope to end in the middle. Course, with too high a price you insult/scare off the attention of the one you're after. Exactly.

WoW (Ghostcrawler a liason) specifically said, that they do NOT listen to the forum posters. They take things into consideration on the merged threads of proposed changes, but they do not make the game the way the player wants it. Simply because big booming voice or not, the player has no idea of the life cycle or vision of said game.
That's why I advocate, thinking like a game designer, when making a game suggestion. Gotta think beyond (but not forget at all) the simple concerns of a day to day player.
