After being in a war for the past few days I realize more and more how networth would improve the game play. So after a few days of war, it became apparant, wars are useless. Sure I (and my alliance) may lose cities or lose a bunch of military, but so what? My alliance and my prestige stays the same, my enemies prestige stays the same.. so what's the point?

In fact a war actually helps me gain prestige faster! When I lose a city it means I can just build another city and get the prestige of all those bldgs again.

On the other hand, if it was a networth system, wars would actually matter! You could have wars to try to move your alliance up in ranks. If your alliance wins, you've probably taken a lot of cities from the enemy - so your alliance gains a lot more networth from those cities and your enemy loses a bunch.
