    You'd be amazed how many people ask for my secret or just basically "How get prestige?!?!"

    I simply said, answer the question. It's not hard at all. I log on to 5 mails usually, I answer all of them within 3 minutes and I am off to play.

    In a game of waiting, I hope you have enough patience to take a few minutes to respond. If it really is becoming to the point where they never stop mailing you - block them, or do't respond.

    No its not hard to do when customers aren't idiots. I have friends in the service industry and idiotic customers give them all kinds of bull.

    Most customers don't realize that when they make a transaction that they are bound to what ever the terms are.

    Yes you can explain it to them, but they just will not listen... but what's suppose to happen isn't the same thing as what actually happens in real life.

    Just the very thought of dealing with average day to day people sends shudders down my spine from what I've heard from friends... the world is not an idealistic place.

    Ever notice the kids in kindergarten that always try to fit the triangle into the square... well they end up growing up...

    I enjoy helping people in this game. First of all, if you're tired of awful players, then help them out, just one less awful player. In this game, you set something to build, wait about 2 hours, then set something else. Your not really doing anything in that time. So, I go to the world chat, and answer questions by whispering. It's really not that big of a deal.

    And for the people that work for customer support, yes, I'm sure you get VERY annoyed, but thats your job. Trust me, it could be worse.
