NPC Lv-10
I took over a NPC lv 10 about a week ago and the first attack was:
battle6.evony.com/default.html?logfile/8d/19/09/f6/8d1909f6e0c1e7e014ee890562751659.xml
I went to take over my 2nd one today and the result of the 1st attack was:
battle6.evony.com/default.html?logfile/fd/25/4e/87/fd254e87eb995addab05e122bf0351a8.xml
WTF!
I did a similar attack as the one which lost 86k archers for a friend and i only lost 17k archers (sorry dont have the report anymore). Has there being another patch being put on.
The research was better, when i was going for the second city and the horseback riding was the same.

Your two attacks where drastically different, why did you expect the same result?
-
I expected to lose more archers, but like i said above i only lost 17k with the exact same wave as:
battle6.evony.com/default.html?logfile/fd/25/4e/87/fd254e87eb995addab05e122bf0351a8.xml
when i did the 1st attack for a friend.

Notice how the defending heroes are different... um ya, that's your answer.
-
Actually no, that's not the answer.
The answer is the difference in round time. One went 14 rounds, one went 37. You brought almost 20,000 less archers, of course you're going to do less damage, and take longer to kill your opponent, thus racking up tons more losses for yourself.

Pokey's most likely correct.
There's a not a huge difference between a lvl 14hero vs a lvl 30.
Also, it's folly to send xports on a main attack, even in PvP. The plunder isn't going anywhere, so send them as a subordinate attack, from a different city and time them so they strike after the initial 'take-down' wave.
Nice information. I like the tactic of using all archers for wave 1, w/o warriors. I'll be trying this tactic tonight.
