That device is a defibrillator and it doesn't work all the time, only in specific circumstances. Nothing is a magical cure-all for death.

I would like to remind everyone that we are discussing a highly controversial man who inspired strong emotions, both good and bad. Those don't always work - they cannot save every life just by using them. =)

I'm not that naive. As they say better to have one then need it and it's not there. They can be used to restart the heart in cardiac arrest but only with a short period, usually less then 1 minute. Probably even then, they might have brain damage. But in his case, six minutes is buh bye.

You wait, within the next few hours one of two things will happen:
1) he will be absolutely fine and it will all be a massive PR stunt right before his tour
2) he's dead

They were saying he was the king of pop. I believe he still is. Thriller was on the charts for over 35 weeks.
