laughing at tranq.....it's interesting you picked those two references. I've lived in the Houston (Clear Lake) area since 1990 and do volunteer work with the astronaut candidates and their families. As I've never seen any whiny b*tches like you there, I guess you must be an astronaut for some OTHER country? (France maybe...they have a lot of whiny folks) Loved that you brought up your playtime with MJ.....since he's known far and wide for playing with CHILDREN.....I don't think anything else need be said about YOU, does it, tranq???? *smile*

legionreturns.....wow, apparently I should be absolutely and utterly crushed by your comment. But I suppose if one is used to 'cell phone texting language' - real words MAY be confusing! Keep working on that GED there, bud....

Well, i have always HATED extreme variances in games. They undermind the competition aspect of the game. So, in that sense, the wheel does hurt the game. The thought that MANY people are using hero's with +30-+50 politics just because they got some lucky random spin for a Holy Helm of Mars is probably the most disheartening thing about this game. I've said if i ever quit, it will most likely be because of the wheel, lol. To simply give away up to +50% porduction is a HUUUUUGE variable.

I'm sure this thread will have no effect but please... Remove that single speaker from the wheel!!! It is the most insulting prize a player can win and always %$^#$&'s me off if i spin. 1000 coins for you... Holy Helm for you... and a single speaker for you... Now that a variable.

Haha, so true. You see everyone get something amazing, then you get the speaker. I don't know about you, but I tend to always win the lowest prize on the amulet.

I NEVER heard that the politics level of your hero makes ANY difference in the spin variable! WHERE did you get that from, and if it IS true.....WOW.....that's a BIG issue!

GAWD, do they HAVE to be so 'obvious' when it comes to the 'amulet' results on your 'free daily spin'???

ROTFL, I see the traffic going by where "Lord This" or "Lady That' won 100 or 1000 coins, or a 'speech worth 100 coins' - and yet....when *I* spin, I get a "Beginner's Guideline" worth 5 cents! Three days in a ROW!!!!

I especially LOVE it when some (nameless...lol) moderator defends the game by saying "Well, *I* am successful and *I* never bought anything!" ROTFLMAO - well, of course!! If you spin and win 100 coins a day for FREE......you most likely DON'T need to buy anything!!

Here's a thought for the game developers.....perhaps you could forego a TINY bit of profit, and "weight" the spin results so the '7-day players' actually GET something useful.....it just MIGHT make them want to stick around longer! Golly, they MIGHT even buy more coins once they're "hooked".......*grinning*

I for one would like to be able to win some coins. I think I've played for around 3 weeks and I have 2 coins/pennies. Another person had commented in another thread about the many national flags they had received from the amulet. He said if he changed the name of his town as many times as what he had won the flags, he'd confuse himself on what the name was.

I think that if there can't be more "coins" won with the amulet, then how bout adding the ability to build TWO buildings at once?

No, the politics adds production to thier city. So, some people just simply get that +30-50% production just from some luck random variable.

Another thing that I notice. The wheel is supposed to have an everage of 20 coins per spin. Yet, this is only because of how rediculously priced some stuff is. I'm not sure about you, but 40k wood isn't worth anything to me... I'd arather have a single coin back. I produce 40k wood every 12 minute or so. So, they need to increase the values on wheel as server gets older and most of the items are no longer even wanted.
