He's talking purely prestige gains. You gain 0 prestige for 0 casualties because the prestige system is retarded.

This method, stupidly enough can't be an exploit because its precisely what the system was intended for. Rewarding a player for being a total suck at army management. The more you suck the greater the reward.

And since you lost over half your attacking force, it shouldn't be considered an exploit.
People got their prestige set to zero because they were farming prestige like this, only getting their entire army killed.

Fact is you can still farm tens thousand prestige an hour this way from just once city. Two million warriors equals one hundred thousand prestige.

Some explanation of what equals an exploit and what doesn't would be helpful. Not sure why killing all your warriors is an exploit, but only half isn't.

Losing units for prestige is hardly an exploit. Although I wouldn't throw away my resources like that for some random prestige, there are people that need crushing.

Standard Battle Reports thread: I scouted and put these amounts into Exercise and got 0 losses. Then I attacked and all my forces died! Wtf!

So lose half your army and it is rewarded; lose your whole army your are punished. All of this for a Prestiege systems that most agree is broken in the first place.

I doubt I will ever understand people who log on simply to farm prestige. It's probably one step below being a gold farmer in mmorpgs, seeing as the gold farmers at least get paid for their mindless grind.

But what the hell, at the end of the summer you can tell your colleagues that you spent a great amount of time this summer spamming barbarians with warriors. They'll be pretty jealous, believe you me.

Seems like a pretty good life right there.

... actually, I'm pretty sure most of you wouldn't want anyone to know that's how you spend your time, but whatever.

Oh, I'm definitely a dork, seeing as I got a masters degree in engineering... a fairly common trait in my alliance, actually. Perhaps we're an alliance of dorks? Well paid dorks, though.

It was a different type of dorks I was making fun of, though, the type that spends their summer grinding prestige in a browser game. I'm sorry if you fall into that category, Knuckles. I do hope you enjoy your summer, though.

Apparently I'm the only one who sees THAT as exploitive. But then, I guess, that's how this "game" is supposed to be played....
