After a quick scan through i see no where in the Terms/Agreements saying that you are not allowed to use an avatar containing a celebrity figure dead or living. It does say you may not use their name as a username but nowhere does it specify that the user may not use said celebrity as an icon, signature. Also in the rules stated it says you amy not use obscene language, etc.

However in closing, no where in the terms of agreement does it say that Evony representatives may choose to limitate your rights at any given time. I may have missed that statement as i am not a lawyer, but i tried my best
