    just give the guy a break tho i mean if you think about it new players will make evony grow and give me something to do on the new server im on instead of sitting in the middle of a tiny cluster of 0 prestige cities

    I'm new too, I've only played about 16-18 days, for four of those I had 'quit'. I'm new, but I'm not a n00b.

    To Evony: If my archers (queued) disappear or my army on recall disappears, I will charge back the 60$ dollars I spent on game coin and quit the game. Why am I so harsh? Because I spent hard earned money on a game which is no longer FREE to me. Also, I have sent numerous messages to Customer service with not even 1 reply. Pathetic. The customer service of this compnay has to be the worst of any game ive ever played.

    I hate to break this to you man, but customer support will ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to answer or even acknowledge this. There is a gigantic thread in the Bug Report forum with 100+ pages of thousands of people losing troops and resources to server crashes or unscheduled downtime and to this day, not a SINGLE person has ever had their stuff restored. In fact, they don't even bother replying to you if you send them a message about this problem.

    The worst part is that about 40+ days ago, Dawnseeker promised to make compensations to people (NOT to be confused with the compensation for the rollback screw up a couple weeks ago), and at the same time declared that this was their "number 1 top priority". But of course there has been no such compensations, and when asked he, like customer support, also gave the silence answer.

    This game without doubt has one of the worst customer support services of all times, they are unprofessional, irresponsible and fanatically defended by the yes-men and brown nosers here whenever someone dared complained about them. The best way to deal with this level of unprofessionalism is to not spend money on this game until they seriously change their behavior.
