    Default Mayors earning xp

    Does a mayor who does not venture into battle purely builds gain xp from building and sitting pretty ??

    one of mine has not moved their bum from the seat and has gone up a few levels over the past few days

    Yea mayors get xp normally. It's the only way my political ones can remotely catch up to the war ones (at least seal the gap a bit).

    every now and then i will send mayors out on a barb farm run..but then i forget to appoint them again, no need if they gain it naturally now i guess

    They will be it doesn't compare. When my mayor earns 1 level, my war heroes hitting the barbs do usually about 2-3.

    I think heroes should get xp from scouting too. My int ones are usually the most behind.
