I take this opportunity to extend my best wishes and express my deeply felt appreciation and admiration of your country and it's people.

Throughout it's history, and today still, a beacon of hope and of mankind's highest aspirations. A country that has done, and is still doing, so much in the service of Liberty. A country, and a people, that has elevated the history of our race to a higher plane.

Please accept the salutations of this Frenchman from up north.
You may not be perfect, but I shudder to think where our world would be if the United-States of America had never existed.
