well unfortunately I'm mostly surrounded with lvl 4 barb cities and I raid those since they're alot better resources than the few lvl 1-3's nearby. I don't remember getting any medals when I was raiding the 3 lvl 1-2 towns nearby however, but perhaps that was because I only had 2 towns so the volume of attacks was pretty small, where as I have about 6 lvl 4 towns within 10-15 miles or so.

What would you suggest I try ? I suppose I could start wasting a few warriors (100 ?) on lvl 4 raids to see if it boosts medal return ?
