Dear Mr. Nesterus,
With the current changes to federal income tax withholding, implemented as part of President Obama's economic recovery package, and assuming I qualify for the ACTC and the AEIC, will I have a reduction in my tax refund next year, or should I alter my W4 now to adjust for this change in order to continue to receive the spiffy refunds I am used to?
