I was referring to something other than a highschool sanctioned sport

but as long as you are learning techniques and building up your strength its all gravy

Muay Thai Kick Boxing

Those are what I practiced for years, all the martial arts were just to add to the kick boxing to make it more effective.

a question about taekwondo.. are the moves tornado kick and dragon kick one of thee basic moves in taekwondo or one of the advance ones?
