That depends if they follow the rules or not.

Most of the threads set up lately have discussed specific people, spammed, flamed, caused chaos/riots, and when it came to "discussing issues as they saw fit" many people simply saw fit to scream and shout and make demands in a rather uncivillized, unorganized, and unorthadox manner.

Not to mention not every topic should be allowed anyway. If they allowed any topic we saw fit to discuss, we would likely end up with some topics related to sex, racism, drugs, and all those other things we all know and censor.
