I think your misinterpreting me. Rather without knowledge of the people here in the OT section, their post can easily be taken the wrong way and then we have a riot on our hands. Ruyuk and Bickyz are the only new mods with experience with the posters here, and thats why they are the only ones that would fit in well amongst us. Really, I am not dis-ing (misspelled I know) the new mods, I'm just saying that the issues here run deeper then you think at first glance.

Moderators have qualities with communication. In your opinion, Ruyuk and Bickyz are the only ones but in sense, every Moderator has the quality to help us deal with situations as a team.

In actuality, they do not. There are many mods you have gotten rid of because they seemed to have the proper qualifications, when in fact they not only didn't know the rules they were supposed to enforce, but have no clue what the game is, or even worse, never used the forums before.

You want a happy environment? Stop banning our members who do nothing wrong.
If I get banned with this, you know the mods have gone too far.

Every member is banned for a reason and that cannot be debated. If you wish to appeal a ban of a certain member please contact us Moderators.

Zenrax was the only Moderator that I know of who denied us as a team and disrespected a Evony Rep. Other mods may have been demodded because of inactivity which they didn't notify us on.

Well sort of. Its a bit more then that, and without a good understand of all the members that hang out in the OT section, even with a briefing, they won't be prepared really. Ultimately, in my opinion over time they could be intergrated within this section, but they should only observe our ways at first.

And, I will now say this out-loud, in an attempt to rectify the situations that have developed, I have applied to be a mod. This way perhaps better communication can be established between the Reps and these players. Overall though, I doubt I would be accepted. Thats the issues that occur here in the OT section need to be handled in a careful way, or else Evony risk losing many of its most helpful players. Demonhero for example although sometimes making post that teased some members (IN A FUN WAY) was/is a very helpful member of the forums, and in less then a day, it was decided that he should be banned. Although that was rectified, it brought up some really serious events that now threaten all of us here.

We have responsibilities and we ban people in situations which get out of hand, which, mostly are caused by them. Please refer to the member who got banned in PM so I may look more into this.

Also, do you consider the maturity level of mods? one mod that recently quit was a little girl. How do you expect someone like that to be an effective mod when they have to deal with people older, more educated, and more experienced in life.

Can we know what you have as qualifications for your mods? I certainly think age should be an issue. Or is this something that is not allowed to be discussed?
