I don't see it as a problem because of 3 reasons:
1. The number of teleports are limited; to get more would be costly in real money.
2. When the defender teleports away from an attacker, they are essentially abandoning any valleys under their control, and landing in an area that could be as dangerous or more dangerous than the area that they left. Usually the defender would be teleporting away with only sketchy information on their attacker.
3. The defender would have to be on 24/7 to be aware of any attacks when they occur.
So, I just see the situation as a few people wanting to neutralize an opponent's abilities because they don't want their target to be able to do anything when they want to attack.
