I presume you didn't know that midget-bowling is a very legal sport in the Netherlands, there was a big debate about it about a decade ago, untill someone actually asked the midgets what they thought of it and they loved to be in the center of attention in a good, fun way for once. That for the folkore, but you're missing my point in this. Totally.
