I dont want to sound cold hearted about all of this but if you have spent any amount of time on the internet you will find that humanity is depraved and full of worthless sacks of meat that deserve to be organized in work camps to accomplish positive things by the people who rise above the herd.


Death is everywhere and there is something going on just as horrible somewhere in the world right this moment and the next and the next as long as humanity exists.

Well technically you can still view the forum just fine so long as you don't click on this thread... it's not spamming the forum with real world topics, and it's very easy to avoid it

And at the risk of sounding repetitive, that's all well and good if she was mentally stable. it's not like she just got drunk and decided she was going to do this to her child. You're essentially saying that anyone who does something wrong while not in their right mind deserves to pretty much be thrown to the wolves... but some people out there genuinely need help.

And, again, if the insitutes she was at, as well as her family and the father were aware that she was mentally unstable, then are they not also to blame for what happened?

It's a very grey issue, and as much as we'd all like them to, black and white answers can't really apply.

There was a man who was supposed to drop his baby off at daycare on his way to work, but he was so caught up in his driving and business that he forgot the baby was in the back of the car. The baby froze and died.

The guy was actually fairly devestated by this I believe, and it had never been his intention to harm his baby, he was simply too preoccupied. And no, being preoccupied is not a justifiable excuse, but it's not a motive either. Does that mean he should be left to freeze and die? He wasn't mentally unstable, but he had no intent either.

By the standards you're suggesting, the woman in the original story deserves to be killed and have her brain eaten. So assuming someone does actually volunteer for that job, we'd then have to both question why he or she would ever want to do that, and then subject them to the same punishment considering the crime they commited was exactly the same as hers, only they did it with full knowledge and intent. It would start a fairly downhill cycle. Unless we were willing to pardon him for his crime because it was committed against a criminal?

She doesn't deserve to die quickly with a static shock. I'd torture for years until her own misery killed her. She deserves that.
