Did I miss anything? I didn't see anyone bashing on mods, the comment about communism was probably a bad way to try to show a similarity between eastern block U.S.S.R. and these forums. Which, sorry, no way are they even close to being the same. You don't see people vanishing without explanation, and you get to mostly say what you want.

Stalin was a dictator, by the way, and a Marxist. If I recall rightly, a communism is supposed to be a group of ruling individuals, not one.

The original idea of the Off-Topic forum, was to provide a location for people to come and discuss things not related to Evony. So, say you wanted to show everyone how well you did on a test, you could talk about that. If you have problems with your girlfriend and you want advice, (or boyfriend) you could post about that. The idea, was that you could open up topics of discussion, where they could pretty much be about anything. Except polotics and a few other things.

You are incorrect, there is no government in communism, nor is there any one ruling. All you would have to do is read a little bit up on communism to verify this.

Anarchy and Communism are remarkably similar. However in communism there is no currency, no "money". People work for the common good of everyone, hence communism. In anarchy, there just isn't any order, any government. People fend for themselves.
