I'd say its total BS but someone on this forum might say they got one lol!

My heroes are usually good when they have a 70 stat from lvl 1. That's what I use to measure.

    Maybe though:
    Holy Helm of Mars Item?
A legendary hero rarely shows up in the inn? (I've never encountered it)

The thing about it, is its more worth it to just level up a hero then to constantly look for the best from the start. Because I don't think this game has a level cap. If it does its really high. So having a high lvl hero that eventually gets 400 in attack is really not that big of a difference to lose out on some odd 10-20 points in the beginning.

It may not seem like it at the beginning but when you get to lvl 200+ the xp diffferences between the levels are very large (4mil+, over two lvl 10 barb hits), so having a hero that is 270/280 attack, rather than a hero with 250 attack, at level 200, makes a huge difference, it would take 85-90 mil xp for the latter hero to reach the same attack as the former.

I just can't find a way to find a hero with above 70 stat @ lvl 1. So I guess my heroes at high lvl have always been kinda subpar lol.

Anyway sometimes I wonder how much attack has a role in battles. I used to see it easily back in the day when you could farm lvl 1-9 barb cities without losses. Having a high attack hero made you able to take a lot less bals.

Now its hard to tell for me.

The highest I've ever seen from an inn or raid was lvl 1 with 70 in a stat. You can cycle through them real fast by raiding a lv 1 valley over and over again with spaces in your feasting hall, its alot faster than waiting for the inn. Is it even possible to get one with better stats than that without using a cash shop item for a special hero or a 25% stat booster?

The bulk of my heroes have low to mid sixties for their base stats.
I find the fastest way of hero farmin' is to jus' get a lv1 inn (to get the low lvl heroes; I find that the higher lvl a hero begins at, the worse their base stats tend to get) and get a hero and jus' recruit him. Then keep recruitin' them until your feastin' hall is full and simply dismiss them. You can cycle through a dozen heroes in a minute or so, and if you keep at it, have a good chance of findin' a solid hero pretty fast.

It may sound expensive initially, but considerin' you'll only be hirin' lv1~5s it's 1~5k a pop...even if you do it a five hundred times you'll probably not even crack a mil in gold, and you're pretty certain to find at least a 60+ stat hero by then.

you can only get them thru the random wheel of junk. It's just one of those extreme variables in the game. Alot of people get a single speaker, while other's randomly get a holy helm of mars and a hero better than anything that can be attained anywhere. Cool, huh?
