Customer support is really bad
I won a multi-unit item days ago off the wheel, nothing too good to write home about, but still its mine. But upon checking my item list it was not there even after down time the next day. So I wrote customer support a polite message with all the necessary details. They sent back an automated response saying someone will get back to me in 48 hours. Seven days passed, haven't heard a bit from them so I replied to their mail asking for an update. Immediately I got another canned response saying they will contact me in 48 hours. Another seven days passed, not a word. I sent a second follow up message, got the same thing. It has been ten days since then. I am honestly not expecting to get what I won that day. But it is a very irresponsible way to do business. If they can't, or won't, fix it, at least send me a message saying they are too busy and I would have at least understood they are too busy.
