    Nine Inch Nails
    Right Where it Belongs
I like this song because it says the whole world is fake and that u don't have to be put off by it.

    What if everything around you
    Isn't quite as it seems?
What if all the world you think you know
    Is an elaborate dream?
And if you look at your reflection
Is it all you want it to be?
What if you could look right through the cracks?
    Would you find yourself
    Find yourself afraid to see?

    The Beginning of the End
    Oh how we'd talk
    For hours upon end
    What I give
    Just to do it again

1,5 year ago a close friend of mine was hit by a car and she went under the next one. She was in a coma for a loong time, but is getting better now. She can`t talk, and she dont have controle of her body. But when she look you in the eye, then you know she is there, and she can smile and laugh.

I remeber last time I was whit here before, and these lines... well, they say it all...
    I love this song!!!

God of this City - Chris Tomlin

You're the God of this City
You're the King of these people
You're the Lord of this nation
    You are

    [Verse 2]
You're the Light in this darkness
You're the Hope to the hopeless
You're the Peace to the restless
    You are

There is no one like our God
There is no one like our God

    [Chorus]
For greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this City
Greater thing have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this City

Why this means so much to me? I am a very Christ-centered person. Church everyday that I can make it. This past July I was blessed with the oppritunity to go on a mission trip to Nicaragua. When we all got there it was amazing to see how far the country has come since the first time our leader had gone. Especially awesome to see all they didn't have and how appreciative they were of it. We heard his song everywhere we went and felt that it was just the theme of our whole trip. People think every other country has it so bad, but what we don't undrstand is that they don't know our lifestyle. So when you go there, everyone is smiling and happy.

Four B!tc#in' Babes - viagara in the Water
Hilarious song. Sorry for the necro, but I had to find somewhere to post this.

    Just outside of Johnson City
On a dark and twisting road
    In a Kenworth 18-wheeler
    With a heavy, shifting load
He was pushing through to Binghamton
Though the hour was getting late
    Pfyzer's finest on a mission
    To the pharmacies upstate
He was on a holy mission
There were men who couldn't wait

(for his twenty thousand pounds of viagara)

    He'd clocked seven hundred miles
Since he climbed into the rig
Just another twenty five or so
    Would finish up that gig
But the trailer hit an oil slick
And down the hill did fly
'til it landed at the bottom
    in the town's water supply
    It was instant rigor mortis
What a hard way to die

    Chorus:
    Save your sons
    Shield your daughters
    There's viagara
    In the waters

    All over Johnson City
    People rising with the dawn
    They drank their morning coffee,
    Took their showers, watered lawns
    And who could have predicted
    All the changes up ahead?
Men were getting up for work,
    And heading back to bed
    So many called in sick,
You would have thought a virus spread
Down at the courthouse coffee shop
    Some stared in disbelief
As a pack of thirsty lawyers
    Started filling out their briefs
    But at the local college
    Young men appeared much smarter
    No chromosomal mystery
    They simply studied harder
    Now water on the rocks
    Is the latest party starter

    Chorus

    The Johnson City firemen
    Cursed their wretched luck
They could not get their fire hoses
    Wound back on the truck
Sprinkling holy water at a funeral,
    Father Ryan said
"I know I've saved their souls,
but I've never raised the dead.
Would a couple strong men help me now
    To close the casket lid?"

    Old man Weisberg
Took the shower of his life
Then he marched into the kitchen
And he called out to his wife
    She knew something was up
As he stood naked at the table
    Holding two cups of coffee
    And half a dozen bagels
It had been at least a decade
Since the last time he was able

    Chorus

    Believers seeking miracles
    The pilgrims came in hordes
    The waters of viagara
    Grew more popular than Lourdes
    The clergy quoted scripture
But they found it hard to sell
That those who chose to be anointed
    Were pointed straight to hell
    Despite the dire warnings
    The crowds began to swell
    Some hardened politicians
    Came into town one day
With their permits and their pipelines
    Pumped the waters all away
From the heart of Johnson City
Rose the mournful cry of men
But the women knew another truck
    Was coming through again
    Don't worry, there's a truck next week
    We'll spread the oil again

    Chorus

    Pearl Jam, RATS

    They don't eat, don't sleep
They don't feed, they don't seethe
Bare their gums when they moan and squeak
Lick the dirt off a larger one's feet
    They don't push, don't crowd
Congregate until they're much too loud
F... to procreate till they are dead
Drink the blood of their so called best friend

They don't scurry when something bigger comes their way
Don't pack themselves together and run as one
    Don't s... where they're not supposed to
Don't take what's not theirs, they don't compare

    They don't scam, don't fight
Don't oppress an equals given rights
Starve the poor so they can be well fed
Line their holes with the dead ones bread

They don't scurry when something bigger comes their way
Don't pack themselves together and run as one
    Don't s... where they're not supposed to
Don't take what's not theirs, they don't compare...

    Rats...They don't compare
Ben, the two of us need look no more

sleeping on a pillow of solid rock,
    bathing in the cities aquaduct.

well the highway is alive tonight,
    where its going everyone knows,
im sitting down here by the campfire light,

well i have a few actually

When we Die - Bowling for Soup

"Nothing's worth losing Especially the chance to make it right"

That part really has a lot of meaning to me, no matter how much of a coward or how scared you are to do something, you always have to take a chance to prove who you are and make something right again.
    Next.....

If Today was your last day-Nickelback

If today was your last day and tomorrow was too late
Could you say goodbye to yesterday?
Would you live each moment like your last?
Leave old pictures in the past?
    Donate every dime you had?

And would you call those friends you never see?
    Reminisce old memories?
    Would you forgive your enemies?
And would you find that one you're dreaming of
Swear up and down to God above
That you'd finally fall in love

definately some of the most inspirational lyrics in history to me atleast.
    next.....

    If everyone cared-Nickelback

If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
Then we'd see the day when nobody died

    And I'm singing

    Amen I, Amen I, I'm alive
    Amen I, Amen I, Amen I, I'm alive

you can tell why these lyrics mean something.

    anyway thats all for now

    Aaron- Angel Dust

    broken dreams of flyin birds
    dirty hands on skinny arms
    just hanging down her shoulders
like a deadly young old tree
and a bit of blood rollin',gently down her nose
on the floor the princess, strikes the pose

    say goodbye to angel dust
the only angel that you trust

    dirty fingers on her hands
doin' stuff that she can't stand
opening doors don't want to see
and closin one she wanna be
broken wings by the real world
    princess diving on her own,
on the floor the princess, strikes the pose

    say goodbye to angel dust
the only angel that you trust

    the floor is cold
    her blood too hot
    the pain could go
    just with one shot
    sleep little princess
    one last caress
    one last pearl of blood
    rollin on your world
    so slow
    she almost touches
    the rainbow

    sometimes i do wonder
