What Not To Build In Secondary Cities

I posted before reading thru and had this recollection of my first few weeks on the server.I destructed a rally spot.(location bothered me)this was built same city location as
my main.Well I was surprised to find no option to build a relief station offered.I was even more surprised to click to main and see my lvl 9 gone as well,no option to build.Seriously scre*ed,I started writing tech support.Tech responded on third day.Re-logging in 50 times didn't do much.Thought I was being punished for talking smack on chat or something .Happened same time I got booted(weird).Happy by the 5th day I hovered my mouse On my last ever attempt to rebuild at least 1 rally to save my sanity(from all the wasted time)"Poof"lil sucker magically appeared,wouldn't march for almost another week tho.So I will Not be destroying things without caring or wondering where it may lead. (I have expierienced a massive amount of bugs so far,bug hunter paradise)((2nd became npc#1))
