Although, as far as reactions go, farmin' NPCs for resources and havin' someone "invade your turf" coudl be considered as much an agressive act as takin' a Valley from them, considerin' the market prices and how tight everyone is on gettin' valleys...



There's two sides to this.
a/ the faster more alert player owns the NPC: you can have 18m archers at the ready, but it won't do much good if by the time they get there the place was raided by 50 ballista
b/ the stronger player owns the weaker player, by proxy takin' threatened ownership of the NPC.

Not sure what to say to that...
To end all arguments, the stronger player wipes out the weaker player city or cities. No need to worry about farm disputes when there isn't someone to dispute with you. If each is unable to wipe out the other touch luck then. The early bird gets the worm!
