Is it just me, or is this forum COMPLETELY DEAD? I mean, the most recent post besides this and one other by me was about 20 mins ago.... what is going on here?

Also, should I make an RP for the conflict that is going on? The leader of each faction would be able to play, and we'd finally be able to end these petty squabbles... with the Red Army victorious, of course.
