I need criticism

Okay, i made a site for my alliance and I think it could be a bit better...
They're to amazed that we have a website to criticize, and what they do criticize is much too nice in my opinion, so if you would, id appreciate someone putting the beatdown on my site

It's nice, but too business like. You have made it too much of a presentation like you are a company. Also, You need more topics in your forums. Such as allies section, war, a general chat section, an officers section, and so forth to keep it organized and easy for your members to find important info, or just mess around.

The important stuff you want to make so only members can see, make the rest public, like a section about your alliance, who the leaders are, who your allies are, and whatever section you guys goof around in so visitors can get an idea of what your alliance is like.

You may want to add more topics of discussion, such as a list of alliances you are at war with currently and a list of their members' known coords, a list of your alliances coords so your members know who is near them and who they can help and receive help from, and anything else that might make game play easier for advanced players and noobs alike. My alliance's forum pretty much has all of this stuff and it really does help. Oh! Another thing that helps a tn is a list of valleys and whay medals they drop and how many of each troop to send to maximize medal drop rates. Just stuff like that. Good luck
